October Pumpkin Brownie Recipe

I decided to go with a festive Pumpkin recipe for October.

Pumpkin Brownies

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. pumpkin
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. water
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
12 oz. chocolate chips
Beat sugar and oil; add eggs, water, and pumpkin. Add rest of ingredients and blend. Stir in 12 ounces chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Use a 9 x 13 inch greased and floured pan.
